If required, there is also a web module that allows you to track the progress of your call. So you can find out at any time how the solution is coming along.

Premium – Availability:

- Includes 8 hours’ ServiceDesk support per month
- Response time: 1 hour
Standard – Availability:
- Monday – Friday, 7 am – 6 pm
- Includes 4 hours’ ServiceDesk support per month
- Response time: 2 hours
